A model for a larger work documenting the eyes of the thousands of volunteers, aid workers, and benevolent witnesses to the refugee crisis in Europe. Simultaneously exhibiting the altruistic feats of humanity and standing in as a memorial for the thousands who died in crossing the Mediterranean.

Created from 77 photographs of eyes, which is representative of numerology associated with Jesus Christ and the most widely recognized number of branches in Islam, are the final component to this project. They represent the estimated 6,000 lives lost in the Aegean Sea.
